If Mike Green can squeeze out another 5 goals out of the remaining games on the season, the Caps will very likely finish with EIGHT 20+ goal scorers....

Thats frightening. Its kind of like the 2006-2007 Buffalo Sabres, who had 7 guys with 20+ goals, and 4 guys with over 30 goals. FOUR GUYS. OVER 30 GOALS. SIMPLY ABSURD!

Buffalo had Vanek with 43, Drury with 37, Pominville with 34, Briere with 32, Zubrus with 24, Afinogenov with 23 and Roy with 21. Had Kotalik played in all 82 games, he could have hit 20. He finished with 16 in 66 games. Jochen Hecht wound up with 19 goals.

Talk about a juggernaut. I know they didn't really have one guy as lethal as Ovechkin is, but that was a powerhouse team.

To think we were a clutch Drury moment away from coming home up 3 games to 2 going into Game 6 is baffling.

I'd kill to see a Ranger team with the balance that Washington currently has, or that Buffalo had at that time. Sheesh. Just think, 7 or 8 guys finishing with atleast 20 goals? We don't have one person not named Marian Gaborik over 20. Insanity, lol.
